Standard Cancellation and Refund Schedule
More than 72 Hours Before Charter
Qualified for: Complete reimbursement excluding service charges
Processing Duration: 5-7 working days
Service Charge: €50 for credit card operations
Criteria: Must be submitted via text or telephone
24-72 Hours Before Charter
Qualified for: Half of the entire charter expense
Processing Duration: 7-10 working days
Service Charge: €25 reduction from the reimbursement
Criteria: A valid justification is required; administrative charges applicable
Less than 24 Hours Before Charter
Qualified for: No possibility of refund
Exception: Special cases of urgencies may be taken into account
Substitute: Credit for charter might be provided at the discretion of the administration
Criteria: Paperwork needed for urgent cases
Weather-Related Cancellations
Our Weather Guarantee
Your security comes first. In situations where chartering is unsafe due to the weather as determined by our licensed captain, we provide flexible solutions:
- Full Refund: A complete refund if rescheduling is unfeasible
- Reschedule: Move your charter to an available slot without extra costs
- Charter Credit: A credit valid for a year from the initial charter date
Weather Assessment Process
Our evaluation of the weather involves:
- Analysis of wind strength and bearings
- Observation of swell elevation and oceanic conditions
- Forecasts for visibility and precipitation
- Security advisories and alerts from the Coast Guard
- Professional captain's assessment of safety
Decision Timeline: Decisions related to weather cancellations are made a minimum of 4 hours prior to the scheduled departure time.
Medical Emergency Refunds
Emergency Circumstances
We realize that unexpected medical situations can arise. The following scenarios may qualify for exceptional consideration:
- An abrupt ailment or injury that necessitates hospital admission
- A recent passing within the close family
- An unexpected military deployment or recall
- Being summoned for jury duty or a legal obligation
- Natural disasters that affect travel arrangements
Documentation Requirements
For processing requests of urgent refunds, we need you to provide:
- Documentation from the medical institution or a health certificate
- Death certificate (if relevant)
- Verified military directives
- Legal summonses or notices for jury service
- Emergency statements or travel warnings
Processing: Emergency reimbursements are handled within 3-5 working days upon submission of the necessary documentation.
Operational Cancellations
Mechanical Issues
If the assigned yacht is rendered unusable due to mechanical defects that are irreparable:
- Replacement Vessel: Our effort will be to allocate a similar substitute
- Full Refund: Granted if no suitable replacement is found
- Partial Refund: Offered if the alternate yacht has differing fee structures
- Compensation: We may offer additional indemnification for the trouble caused
Crew Unavailability
In the rare event that our certified crew is unavailable:
- A replacement crew will be organized, if possible
- Complete refund if the charter cannot proceed
- Opportunity to reschedule without additional costs

Payment Method
Reimbursements are credited back to the original method of payment:
- Credit Cards: 5-7 business days
- Bank Transfers: 7-10 business days
- Cash/Cheque: 3-5 business days
Processing Fees
Credit Card Processing
A €50 charge for cancellations with more than 72-hour notice
Bank Transfer Processing
A fixed €25 fee for all refunds via bank transfer
International Processing
Extra fees could be applicable for transactions across borders
Charter Credits
Occasions for Credits
Credits for future charters may be offered as an option to reimbursements under specific conditions:
- Last-minute cancellations (less than a day's notice)
- Charter cancellations due to adverse weather
- User-initiated changes in schedule
- Delays or obstacles in operations
Conditions for Credits
- Validity: One year from the date of issuance
- Transferability: Credits cannot be transferred to other individuals
- Amount: Credits cover the full value of the charter, exclusive of handling fees
- Application: Credits may be used for any open charter dates
- Expiry: Credits must be used within the year, without extensions
Partial Service Refunds
Disruptions in Service
If your yacht charter is interrupted or shortened from our end:
- Repayments proportional to the unutilized duration of the charter
- Credits for an upcoming charter of equal worth
- Complimentary offers or enhancements to service
Disturbances Related to Guests
If a charter is called off earlier than planned due to the actions of guests or their breach of safety norms:
- No compensation for the remaining period
- The full rate for the charter will be charged
- Extra costs may be applicable in such events
Dispute Resolution
If there's a disagreement with a decision regarding refunds, you have the option to:
- Ask for an assessment by our supervisory staff
- Present additional proof or papers
- Seek a solution via consumer protection services
- Explore legal options within the bounds of the law

Our team will affirm receipt of your request within a day, evaluate it in accordance with this policy, communicate the outcome within two days, and initiate approved repayments as outlined.

- All applications for repayment should be made in writing
- Refunds are processed in €, irrespective of the initial payment currency
- Purchasing travel insurance is highly advised
- This document is subject to modifications, given a month's notice
- Reimbursements comply with applicable taxes and legal stipulations
